We ship items worldwide. Once we receive your order, we take prompt action to dispatch your Dresses. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the payment. If you order custom designs, then it will take time accordingly. We are very well appreciated and satisfied with our practices for fast dispatch of all orders. We ship orders in weekdays, except on holidays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

If any reason buyer wants to cancel the order, then please inform us within 24 hours after placing the order. we can't cancle order after Dispatch.
Once an order is dispatched by us we will notify you of the tracking number through email given by you when the order was placed. If in case we fail to dispatch your order in time, then we'll reach you within 2 business days to let you know the reason of your held up a shipment.
We determine the shipping carrier once we know the country. We also check that the carrier is fast, secure and does not involve clearance or excess taxes and duties for the buyer. Please note that the shipping charges include shipping, insurance, Indian custom clearance charges, packaging and agent charges. The buyers are fully responsible for any charges, import (customs) duties and taxes applicable in their country and to be paid by the buyer only.
