Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment.
- For custom designs, processing time may vary based on the complexity of the order.
- Orders placed late on Fridays or on Saturdays will be processed starting the following Monday.
- We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping Worldwide
- Included for all products.
- Express Shipping
- Available as an upgrade at checkout. Some products also include free express shipping. Please refer to the shipping details on the product page.
Delivery Times
United States:
- Economy Shipping: 8 to 18 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.
India:
- Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days.
Worldwide:
- Economy Shipping: 7 to 21 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
Remote Area Delivery
- We cannot deliver to remote areas. If you place an order from a remote location, your payment will be refunded.
- To avoid inconvenience, please confirm your pin code with us before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of placement.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
Tracking and Notifications
- Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number for your shipment.
- If there are delays in dispatching your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to explain the reason for the delay.
Shipping and Customs
- The shipping carrier will be chosen based on the destination country to ensure secure and fast delivery, minimizing customs duties and taxes.
- Shipping charges include shipping costs, insurance, Indian customs clearance, packaging, and agent fees.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
