Returns & Replacements
At Rajasthani Traditional Dresses, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident they will exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the delivery date.
Return Guidelines
- Notify us about your return by providing the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Place all original packaging, the item(s) being returned, and a copy of the invoice in the return box.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items that are damaged, altered, worn, or not in their original state will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
- The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or broken due to our error.
- We recommend insuring your return and using a delivery service with tracking to ensure it reaches us.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive damaged, altered, or worn.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 days after we receive the returned item in its original condition. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used during the purchase.
